Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 calendar days** from the day you receive your items. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation. Once you tell us you wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to send the goods back to us.

 2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returned within the 14-day period

*Due to the nature of coffee and food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items for hygiene and freshness reasons, unless they are faulty.*

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with photos of the item and packaging
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- You may choose between a full refund, a replacement, or store credit

4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within **3–5 working days**
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank
